- A relaxing Treatment room for individuals to experience wellness and personal grooming treatments in private.
- Pet Therapy sessions.
- 11 acres of parkland including a woodland walk and home to our resident peacocks and wildlife.
Activities
We have a varied and comprehensive activities programme, catering to residents’ individual needs and interests, all facilitated by our trained staff.
A programme of person-centred activities are tailored to support people in improving cognitive skills, motor co-ordination and behavioural issues.
We also offer a range of group outings when appropriate, such as: local events, shopping, canal boat rides, exercise classes, country walks, community groups, coffee trips and pet therapy sessions.
WiFi with built in safeguarding screening for resident access.
Fee structure
We work with Individual Commissioning Boards and Local Authorities across the UK to provide support solutions that have positive outcomes. We also accept privately funded individuals.

Hengoed Park has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and all staff on duty were friendly and approachable. I found the home to be clean and well maintained throughout and the residents I observed seemed happy and comfortable in their surroundings. During my visit, I observed a number of areas where the home appears to be performing nicely and things are working well.

I am impressed by how well the team at Hengoed Park spend time really getting to know clients, their background, interests, experiences, likes and dislikes. They go to great effort to tailor the care and support on this basis.
