At Hengoed, we know great care starts with great people – and our team are pretty fantastic! Our experienced staff understand the unique needs of the people we support and collaborate effectively with families and the wider multi agency teams to create person-centred care and support solutions specifically for individual needs.
From support staff to the kitchen team, housekeepers to hand- holders, everyone pitches in to make life here warm, welcoming and from the heart.
A skilled workforce is essential in delivering exceptional care. We ensure our team is confident, skilled, and always learning, because delivering person centred care takes knowledge, compassion and occasional dance moves in the corridors!
